I was super excited to receive these. However, when they arrived, they were smashed and smelled bad. I emailed May 18 asking for a refund, He advised he would send a label tomorrow. May 26th, I emailed again, as I had not received a label. He then asked for pictures, I sent that on June 7. I sent another email on June 18th, that I had not received a label, nor a refund. He responded to give him time, till the morning and he will send a label. I fear not getting a refund.

Did not like the fit of the slipper. It was too wide and loose which made it prone to slipping off my foot.

I received an email asking for a review of my order that was supposedly Fulfilled 14 days ago but I have yet to receive anything.
