Jumpster brown winter suede shoes

Good looking shoes. Eyelets started pulling out on 3rd wearing. Did not receive other pair of shoes in my order. After contacting Reindeer twice still no resolution.

I am disabled and use a mobility scooter here in Canada. That means I burn no energy to keep warm in the cold walking, like other people would. The first thing that gets uncomfortable and cold is my feet, these are going to be so amazing I can tell already. I slid my feet into them, and could feel the insulation warming my feet. I love the look too, the grey with white over-stitching looks great.
