After receiving many emails about my order and it’s confirmation I then waited about 3 months after ordering before even receiving a shipping notice. Then when I finally did, I waited another month before getting in contact with costumer support and was told the bag would be sent out as soon as it was done. Then I never received the bag, although I was issued a refund, it was not a pleasant experience.
