The design was beautiful, but I received the wrong color, a color I don't like. I emailed customer service and Nitin explained that they'd run out of the color I wanted, so they sent me another color. I told him I would have ordered something else if I'd known, but a couple weeks later I still haven't gotten a refund or replacement. So overall, the slippers are nice if you get what you ordered, but customer service is not good if anything goes wrong.
