WARRANTY POLICIES
Every slipper is made individually designed cut by hand and stitched by the machine manually so a lot of care is taken while manufacturing this leather outdoor slipper for men. We provide a 12-month warranty for each pair of men's leather slippers if the stitching comes out or leather is naturally broken or crack is developed. Please note these are handmade slippers.
This warranty does not cover:
- Rough use of slippers.
- Improper follow-up maintenance.
- Wearing it or getting exposed to water or any liquid material.
- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.

Very nice, excellent quality and craftsmanship! Would of given 5 stars but not something I could wear all day. Could just be my body configuration, but my heal gets uncomfortable, achy, after wearing for an extended time. I would recommend if are looking for a closed toe sandal and I would definitely buy again!! Doug
I am in the USA and did not realize that they were handmade in Poland, but when I emailed them to ask where my shipment was, they promptly returned my email informing me that they were being made and giving me a tracking number. It took about two weeks to come in and I love them!!! They are comfortable, lightweight and the workmanship is high quality!! I will be ordering more from this business in the future. All slippers are 100% handmade in Poland(Europe) I can assure you that, regarding comfort, since these are genuine leather slippers you need to wear them for 2 to 3 times till it break and adjust with your feet.
