After several e-mail communications with the Customer Service, Nitin sincerely fixed the problems and I appreciated her efforts. She had also explained that the reason why the slippers I received were different from what I had ordered was because they shipped the similar ones available in their U.S. warehouse, in order to expedite the shipment, since shipping from Poland will take much longer time to arrive in U.S.A. I accept the reason though I suggest that they should note the inventory situation on the website, so the customers won't run into surprises when opening the packages. Thus I take one star away.
In conclusion, the merchandise that I've purchased are well made and the prices are very reasonable. I hope that they keep up with such good work and yes, I would recommend their products to others.
I didn’t receive this pair, which you want me to write the review. In fact, I ordered four pairs totally and received three pairs that I didn’t order and I’m still waiting for the fourth pair to arrive (which I ordered a month ago).
Your Customer Service never answer my questions about the wrongly shipped items. The positive side is that two pairs are fairly comfortable when I wear them, whereas one other pair (different style) just doesn’t feel right. Overall, the quality of received slippers deserve four stars but I’m giving two stars due to the repeated mistakes in S&H and the poor Customer Service.
