Never received them

Post office made one attempt to deliver. When I went to the post office (there was no tracking info after that) they said they didn't have it. I tried both local post offices and neither had it. Very frustrated. I have bought a pair of slippers from this company once a year for several years now and even gave a pair to my dad last year. Now I am out my money with no slippers and the company refuses to help beyond telling me "its at the post office" - Clearly not. I have now wasted valuable time in addition to the wasted money. I will never buy from this company again. The international shipping is simply too difficult for them apparently. I am sorry because I loved the slippers when I received them but I will have to look for another company because I can't risk losing the money again. Goodbye Reindeer Leather, it was great while it lasted.

I am really sorry for this inconvinience, however when parcel was shipped out I email you tracking number as well as email you when exactly this parcel will be deliver, I see that you have got 30% discount on product price with free shipping, I dont mind resend you new slippers as you are regular buyer, however your parcel is still showing since 22nd Dec 2022 to be picked up from post. We are shipping all products from Poland with free shipping and very less prices for every Handmade products which are made in Poland, please kindly email me so I can resolve this issue.

I would love to buy a pair of Daniel or Aarus slippers but for women. I take a size 7 women's so all the men's sizes are too big. Please make this identical item for women. Thank you.

Good slippers

No padding, but the slipper outlasts other more expensive slippers which makes it a good value.

Thank you for your feedback, since this are traditional leather slippers that is reason we cant put more padding on leather insole otherwise it will loose it shape and also slippers will be more heavy.
